About Onlineticketmarket

Onlineticketmarket.com is an independent and privately owned company engaged in the business of buying and selling tickets for concerts and sports events throughout the UK and Europe. Onlineticketmarket.com is in no way affiliated with any official organizer, venue or box office or promoter.
Onlineticketmarket buys and sells tickets for profit. When you buy a ticket on our website the face-value of the ticket will be listed as well as our selling price. If you do wish to only ever pay face value then you must contact the venue that is hosting the concert for availability.
Selling prices are likely to fluctuate wildly from one point in time to another, a selling price may halve/double within the space of a day. Please be aware there are no partial refunds, nor extra charges, if this happens.
By buying tickets with Onlineticketmarket.com you agree to all the terms and conditions as listed.

All Sales are Final

Once an order is placed and paid for it cannot be cancelled or refunded. All sales are final. If you find that after you have placed and paid for a booking that you are unable to attend a show, we may, at our discretion, offer to change your booking for another concert/date. If this happens please be aware that no partial refunds will be issued for the changeover.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your tickets after they have been sent to you, and as an independent ticket agency are unable to issue replacement or duplicate tickets.
The client should note that the right to cancel or "cooling off period" provided by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to the sale of event tickets. All sales are final.

Delivery of Tickets

We will endeavour to deliver your tickets as soon as possible. As soon as we receive tickets from our suppliers they will be sent to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery for customers within the UK. For customers outside the UK tickets will be sent by either international registered post or by UPS/FED-EX depending on time limitations. Customers outside the UK may be asked to provide UK hotel details if we need to deliver within the UK.

Customers will be notified when tickets are being dispatched by telephone call or email to the phone-number/email address provided. Customers must also ensure that they have paid the correct amount of postage costs depending on where they are having the tickets delivered to.
You should expect to receive your tickets no later than one week before the performance date. Due to the nature of the business tickets may occasionally arrive with the customer up to and including the day of the show. On rare occasions tickets may not arrive with us until the day of the show. In this circumstance customers will be asked to collect the tickets from a representative at the venue hosting the show.

Cancellation/Rescheduling of concerts

If an event is cancelled by the artist or promoter, we will refund the face value of the ticket only. If an event is rescheduled by the artist or promoter you will receive tickets to the rescheduled show. We do not have any control over these events. We will not be liable for costs of travel fares, hotels, or any other expenses that may be incurred if a concert is cancelled/rescheduled. It is your responsibility to ensure the concert is going ahead before travelling. We will do our best to inform you if the date has been changed but we do not accept liability if we are unable to contact you. We strongly advise that you check before making arrangements.

Downgrading/Upgrading of tickets

We will endeavour to ensure you receive the tickets that you booked. Occasionally however, we may be unable to secure the ticket type that you booked. In the event of this happening we reserve the right to upgrade you for free to a better category, or downgrade you to a lesser category with a partial refund. The partial refund will be determined by our selling prices, and not the face value of the ticket.

Other Notes

We will endeavour to seat all customers together. However with large numbers, you may find that you are broken up into pairs and threes.
